Good, Better, Best, Hybrid, Reusable
Tiers run from the lightest and most economical suit to the strongest barrier. A higher tier is not always the right pick: heavier barrier fabrics hold more heat, so match the suit to the hazard and the conditions.

What the fabrics actually do
Most disposable coveralls are nonwoven polypropylene. The difference is in how the layers are built.

We don't publish fabric weights. They vary by lot and don't tell you how a suit performs on your job. Ask for samples and judge by wearing them.
Sizes, boots, color and case packs
- Sizes. L through 4XL on polypropylene, SMS and microporous. Vent runs L through 3XL. The Ultra Spray Suit runs M through 4XL.
- Boots or not. Every disposable coverall is available with attached boots or with elastic ankles. The Ultra Spray Suit is worn alone and has hook-and-loop ankles.
- Color. White is stocked. Other colors are available on request, for zone coding or crew identification.
- Case and pallet. 50 suits per case (25 for the Ultra Spray Suit). Mixed pallets are fine.
- Shipping. Orders ship fast, by the case or the pallet, to job sites, branches and distribution centers.
Know the limits
- No coverall in this line is flame resistant. Do not wear one near open flame, sparks, welding or other hot work.
- None is rated for chemical immersion or pressurized liquid.
- Only the microporous coverall is Type 5 & 6 certified. The other fabrics are not sold as certified garments.
- A coverall is one part of your PPE. Choose respirators, gloves and eye protection for the specific hazard.
Coverall FAQ
What's the difference between SMS and microporous coveralls?
SMS is a three-layer nonwoven with no film. It breathes better and blocks fine dry dust well, but it isn't a liquid barrier. Microporous adds a film layer that stops light liquid splash as well as fine particulate, and it holds more heat.
Which coverall is best for hot weather?
Polypropylene is the most breathable. If you need splash protection in heat, the Vent Coverall keeps a microporous front and swaps the back for a breathable SMS panel.
Do you sell by the case or the pallet?
Both. A case is 50 suits (25 for the Ultra Spray Suit). We ship mixed pallets, so you can combine fabrics and sizes on one order.
Can I get other colors?
White is stocked. Other colors are available on request. Tell us the color and quantity.
Do you carry shoe covers and gloves?
